About HTC
HTC Corporation, stylised as hтc, is a Taiwanese consumer electronics company headquartered in Xindian District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Cher Wang and Peter Chou , founded HTC in 1997. Initially a manufacturer of notebook computers, HTC began designing some of the world's first touch and wireless hand-held devices in 1998. HTC began as an original design manufacturer and original equipment manufacturer, designing and manufacturing devices such as mobile phones and tablets. After initially making smartphones based mostly on Windows Mobile, HTC became a co-founding member of the Open Handset Alliance, a group of handset manufacturers and mobile network operators dedicated to the development of the Android mobile operating system. The company is credited with creating the first Android smartphone, the first Microsoft-powered smartphone (2002) and the first Microsoft 3G phone (2005). Their first major product, one of the world's first touch-screen smartphones, appeared in 2000.HTC ranked as the 98th top brand on Interbrand's Best Global Brands report. In June 2010, the company launched the HTC Evo 4G, the first 4G-capable phone in the United States.
HTC 10
The HTC 10 not only looks great, it also feels great. In the hand, it's substantial and pleasantly heavy in a way that few phones are. From the chamfered edges on the back, through the solid aluminum body, the 10 is a smartphone with style. And it's also cleverly engineered.First off, this phone is clearly made from metal and proud of it. The back is cool to the touch. The HTC 10 has separate trays on either side for a microSD card (up to 2TB) and a SIM. The volume and power buttons are well crafted with good tactile feedback, and the latter gets additional ridges to help you locate it by touch. The 3.5mm headphone socket is on the top while the USB Type-C port and speaker are on the bottom. The Type-C port on the HTC 10 supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds so you can take advantage of faster data transfers. The pill-shaped, capacitive Home button on the chin of the HTC 10 doubles up as a fingerprint scanner.HTC could have placed the scanner a little higher on the bottom bezel for easier access , that thing is very fast, and absolutely spot on with accuracy.
HTC 10 is going with Category 9 LTE speeds for most Indian 4G bands, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, dualband Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, USB OTG, and GPS. There is no FM radio. There's no IR blaster, but the plastic that sits on the top of the device enhances antenna connectivity. Call quality is rather excellent, with clear audio from the earpiece. We found that the phone doesn't overheat during regular use but it does get noticeably hot when using the camera.
The company had to compensate with a larger, 3,000mAh battery, In everyday usage, you can expect the HTC 10 to handle anywhere between a day/day-and-ahalf, depending on how much you stress the device. If it's just light browsing and some IM here and there, no games, you can probably even make it to a second day.The 3000mAh battery lasted for 8 hours and 23 minutes in our video loop, which was a disappointing us. However, with real-world usage, I managed to easily go past a full day before needing to charge this phone. The HTC 10 supports Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 which promises a 50 percent charge in just 30 minutes.
The Display Of HTC 10 Is grown slightly to 5.2-inches, but the bigger upgrade is the resolution. It’s much more pixel dense now, thanks to the 2560 x 1440 quad-HD resolution,That's a density of 565 ppi and it covers 99.9% of the sRGB colour gamut. It’s a mightily impressive panel, though as it's LCD 5th generation LCD, and Gorilla Glass protection. The maximum display brightness of the HTC 10 of 428nits isn't impressive and could be problematic in direct sunlight. The HTC 10 offers two settings for viewing colors, the default setting is Vivid and you can change it to sRGB, which makes the screen just a tad warmer for more accurate looking colors. Both "Vivid" and sRGB offer a color temperature slider to tune the color profiles to your liking.
The HTC 10’s camera app is one of the best around. it's fully featured with RAW support, Pro modes and it’s simple to navigate with big buttons and a lack of text. It’s also fast to navigate and jumping through modes doesn’t lag in the slightest .It can also capture lovely indoor and outdoor daytime shots with accurate colour representation and without any nasty over-sharpening artifacts. You also get the usual Google apps and Zoe Video Editor which helps you create short films from your photo collection.Google Photos is the only gallery app on the HTC 10, and that's absolutely a great thing given how powerful it has grown. Not only does it automate the process of backing up your photos to Google Drive, but you can also search your library through keywords. Better yet, HTC has actually included the editing tools from its old Gallery app into Google Photo, so you get a pretty powerful photo editor out of the box.
The HTC 10 is a Wonderfull and eye-catching, well Stalyed and Engineering crafted smartphone with the most powerful Designed components available today. The HTC 10 is beautifully designed, there is no doubt about it. Its industrial lines and heavy construction bring us back to the early-Android days. I can say that camera performance is also good, I also love HTC's new lean and clean approach when it comes to software Configuration. Loyal HTC fans will pick this phone up in a heartbeat, but for everybody else, it's tough to recommend.
